Offline forms can be downloaded from the event website www.ibvvmm.com from 23rd October, 2017.

In Vasai- Virar, forms will be available at Navghar Mahanagar Palika, Vasai Mahanagar Palika, Nallasopara Mahanagar Palika and Virar Mahanagar Palika offices from 23rd October, 2017.

POST: Post your filled application form and application fee along with the necessary documents to the postal address:

NOTE:

(i) All cheques and demand drafts to be drawn in favor of ARYANZ SPORTS PR & EVENTS – VVMM.

(ii) Please write your full name, race category and contact number on reverse of the cheque/demand draft.

Note: Requests for cancellation and thereby, refund will not be entertained. Request for change in race category will not be entertained. Be careful while selecting your race category at the time of registration

All confirmed participants/their authorised representative must carry with him/her –

  1. A printed copy of the email confirmation (if using a smartphone, a copy of the confirmation forwarded by the participant).
  2. Photocopy of your (the participant) photographic proof of identity, i.e.: your Aadhar card, Driving Licence, passport or PAN card.
  3. Photographic proof of identity of your representative visiting the registration counters on your behalf, i.e.: his/her Aadhar card, passport, Driving Licence, college identity card or PAN card.
  4. Expo Venue, Date and Timings will be notified to all the participants via email at a later date.
    Confirmed participants will not be given their running bibs on race day.
